For the launch of the new season Hackett London hosted ten Saturday afternoon and weekday evening shopping events in selected stores across London, France and Spain to present the new SS20 collection. For the global events’ deliveries I had full responsibility for the creative arrangement and execution and liaised with various suppliers to bring the events to life.
The events were open to all and served to drive traffic to stores and capitalised on organic footfall. The events rewarded Hackett’s loyalty club (65B) members while also capturing new clients and reinforced the emotional bond the with brand. 
Unfortunately a number of events across London, France, Spain and Germany had to be cancelled due to the evolving Covid-19 situation at the time. Ad-hoc crisis management was the key to minimise the damage which I oversaw and managed among other things client cancellation emails and negotiated with suppliers to the best interest of both parties.
